Apply oil directly on the scalp with the help of a dropper by covering the entire scalp. Massage gently for 5-10 minutes using your fingertips, leave it for 1 hour before hair wash, or you can use it as an overnight scalp treatment. For best results, use twice a week. 

We recommend using twice a week and consistently for a period of 4-6 months before seeing the noticeable results. However, it is important to remember that your diet and nutrition also play a significant role in achieving desired outcomes. A balanced and healthy eating regimen can complement your efforts and enhance the effectiveness of the process.
 

Primarily focusing on the scalp application and applying on the shaft of your hair twice a week, one 100ml bottle should last around two months or more. However, it's important to note that individual experiences may vary based on hair length and frequency of usage.
