ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- All prices in GBP.
- once payment processed you will receive a receipt via email.
- we currently ship only in UK.
- We offer tracked royal mail deliveries free of charge over order of £40 in 7-10 days arrival time from day of order. Orders UNDER £40 will be charged £3.00 , delivered in 7-10 days. We also offer express shipping for £5 delivered in 2-3 days.
- If you do not receive your order within 10 days please contact us via email or our contact form.
TERMS OF RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY: (This does not affect your Consumer Rights Act)
- Inara offers refund to customer if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving product.
- once you inform Inara about your change of mind you have 14 days to return from that day.
- For hygiene reason combs and hair towel cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty or damaged or broken.
- Damaged or faulty items can be replaced /refunded.
- In case of damaged/ faulty products customers will be asked to provide proof by taking pictures and emailing Inara at inaraorganicoils@gmail.com or contacting us by using contact form.
- In order to refund , replace or cancel , Inara will ask customer for proof of purchase.
Process of return:
1. email us at info@inaraorganicoilsgmail.com as soon as possible.
2. state the reason
a) faulty/damaged
b) wrong item delivered
c)change of mind,
Please be noted change of mind refund accepted within 14 days of purchase.
3. Provide proof by adding pictures of faulty/damaged items or wrong item delivered.
4. Attach your receipt copy for proof of purchase.
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
- once you inform us via email or contact form you have 14 days from that day to return the purchase.
- we do not offer free shipping on returns at the moment.
- Refunds will be received in the same bank account.
- It might take 1 week one we receive the payment, in uncertain times or in case of delays.
